Shipping
All orders will be shipped as quickly as possible but due to demand please allow up to 10 business days for the product to ship. If you have not received your order after three weeks please contact us. Orders will be shipped by a service decided upon by Wooden Clothing Co. LLC and rates are charged at the time of checkout. If you would like something expedited please contact us.
International customers need to be aware that additional customs duties and/or brokerage fees may be assessed in addition to the shipping cost during checkout. It is your responsibility to pay and fulfill these obligations. Wooden Clothing Co. LLC is in no way responsible for additional costs that occur after shipment of your order.
Returns
There will be NO returns of orders. If you have a problem with your order such as a misprint, damaged product, or issue resulting from Wooden Clothing Co. LLC’s fault, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the situation.
